If you need to complain about services you have received at Magicsmiles, please contact Magicsmiles in the first instance. We want to continually improve the dentistry we provide and reduce the misunderstandings as they happen.

The Practice has an in-house feedback and resolution procedure, a copy of which can be obtained from reception.

We will investigate the circumstances surrounding the issues you raise and respond as soon as possible. However, where you have a complaint about the care you have recieved and are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Dental Complaints Service at the GDC.  For complaints about NHS issues, you can contact the relevant NHS body.
